Shayan Bhowal, CCP, is a seasoned Compensation Professional with over 10 years of experience in transforming data into narratives that guide senior leadership in strategic decision-making aligned with HR and organizational objectives. Shayan has scaled compensation for diverse employee populations, managed year-end merit and bonus processes, and designed compensation plans across various corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Slalom, Shayan previously worked with notable organizations such as A+E Networks and Mercer, where foundational skills in market analysis and client relations were developed. Shayan holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
