Stephanie Leeper

Stephanie Leeper is a highly experienced professional in user experience (UX) design, digital marketing, and team leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Slalom since April 2021, Stephanie previously worked at AAA Carolinas for over three years, first as Director of Member Experience and later as Digital Marketing Director, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams and leading UX design projects. Prior roles include Senior Information Architect at Ally, Web and UX Designer II at MetLife, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Make-A-Wish® Central and Western North Carolina. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design Communications from Philadelphia University and has completed additional coursework through Coursera at UC San Diego.
