They previously served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in turnaround and restructuring for distressed companies, and have also held a role as a Finance Council member for the Archdiocese of Seattle, advising on financial stewardship for numerous Catholic organizations. Tom's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen, focusing on technology implementations and financial consulting.
