Tracy P.

Tracy P. is a Principal at Slalom, a global consulting firm specializing in strategy, technology, and business transformation, since April 2022. Prior to Slalom, Tracy held leadership roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill from December 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included establishing the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and defining governance and project processes for strategic initiatives. At Huntington National Bank from August 2013 to November 2018, Tracy was SVP of Digital Technology, enhancing the capabilities of a 31-member team focused on customer-facing digital applications. Earlier experience at JP Morgan Chase involved progressive roles, such as VP of Business Analyst/Product Owner Manager, where Tracy revamped team operations and improved project tracking for numerous development projects. Additional experience includes consultancy at Fusion Alliance and technical roles at NetJets. Tracy studied at Cedarville University from 1992 to 1994.
