Chris N.

Chris N. has a wealth of experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT. Chris is currently working as the Lead Security Architect at slashBlue, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Chris worked at Digital Investigation Services LLC as a Cyber Security Consultant and Digital Forensics Analyst, starting in December 2007. In this role, they conducted IT health checks, security assessments, and provided IT architecture design and support. Chris also managed the Managed Security Services (MSSP) division, utilizing various tools and techniques for incident response and digital forensics.

From October 2018 to January 2022, Chris served as the Director of Security at YMCA of the North. Before that, they worked at Code42 as a Staff Security Engineer from December 2016 to October 2018. Chris also obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA.

In 2005, Chris obtained the Linux+ certification from CompTIA, further diversifying their skillset. Additionally, they achieved the CCNP - Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in 2006.

Chris continued to pursue higher-level certifications, achieving the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in February 2016.

In terms of non-technical education, Chris completed the BioGeometry Foundation Training in November 2010 and the BioGeometry Advanced Training in October 2012, both offered by BioGeometry Energy Systems, Ltd.
