Charlotte Chen

Charlotte Chen began their career in 2012 as a Fashion Editor at the ZALORA Group. In 2015, they took on the role of Fashion Coordinator at Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd, where they were trained to become a visual merchandiser and supervised new part-time employees. In 2016, they joined HORNG YIH TEA FACTORY as a Business Development Specialist, where they identified potential customers and developed relationships with small to large enterprise clients, successfully increasing sales by 100%. In 2017, they became an International Sales Lead at Phoenix Fashion, where they supervised 5 sales representatives, developed strategic plans, and assisted the sales team to increase sales revenue by 20% per year, exceeding goal. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Slasify as a Global Marketing Specialist, a Singapore based one-stop online remote workforce management platform.

Charlotte Chen is currently pursuing an International Masters of Business Administration - IMBA from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Charlotte is also enrolled in Bizthinking Academy. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Lunghwa University of Science and Technology in the Department of Applied Foreign Languages. In 2012, they studied at the University of Mannheim. Charlotte has also completed a course at Woomanpower.
