Freda Chiu

Freda Chiu is an HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and people strategy with extensive experience scaling global startups. They currently serve as the Founder of People Growth Lab, assisting organizations in building effective teams. Previously, Freda worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist at OpusClip and a Technical Recruiter at Shopee, where they successfully led recruitment processes across the APAC region. Freda holds an MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science at National Taiwan University.
