Eric Keipper

Eric Keipper is an experienced engineering executive currently serving as Head of Engineering at Slate since July 2022, focusing on opportunities in the electric vehicle sector. Previously, Eric held the position of Vice President of Engineering at ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions, leading the engineering organization and fostering a skilled engineering team. As Executive Director of Vehicle Integration at ELMS, responsibilities included engineering, homologation, and launching electric vehicle products. Additional roles include Technical Director at Pratt Miller, where Eric ensured high-quality customer solutions, and Vehicle Integration Director at Karma Automotive LLC, overseeing multiple teams focused on vehicle functional objectives and engineering support. Eric Keipper holds an MBA in Economics and Operations from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
