Michael Turner is an Executive Leader and DFSS Master Black Belt with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Master Black Belt Solutions, LLC, they focus on enhancing quality and engineering through various methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking. Michael has held significant roles at General Motors, where they were the Global Head of Design for Six Sigma and managed a team responsible for impactful training and quality initiatives. Additionally, they have contributed to Navistar Inc as the Chief Technical Engineer, leading DFSS programs across multiple plants. Michael is pursuing advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and English Literature at Oakland University.
