Felix Salmon

Felix Salmon is a seasoned finance journalist and editor with extensive experience in various prominent media outlets. Currently serving as the host of Slate Money at Slate Magazine since May 2014, Felix previously held the position of Chief Financial Correspondent at Axios from August 2018 to May 2025. Prior roles include Senior Editor at Fusion, Finance Blogger at Reuters, and Blogger at Portfolio.com. Felix also worked as a Content Strategist for both RGE Monitor and Roubini Global Economics in 2006-2007. Felix holds a Master of Arts degree in History of Art and Philosophy from the University of Glasgow, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
