Sam Adams

Sam Adams is a Senior Editor and the Editor of Brow Beat at Slate. Prior to joining Slate, Adams worked as the Criticwire Editor at indieWIRE, a contributor at Time Out New York, and The A.V. Club. Adams has also written for the Philadelphia Inquirer, eMusic, and the Los Angeles Times.

Sam Adams completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Swarthmore College. Sam also completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters at Phillips Exeter Academy.

Sam Adams reports to Dan Check, CEO. They are on a team with Holly Allen - Designer, Charlie Kammerer - President, and Jeffrey Bloomer - Senior Editor.
