Scott Nover

Scott Nover is a media reporter at The Washington Post since April 2025 and serves as an adjunct professor teaching "Introduction to News Writing and Reporting" at The George Washington University. Nover is also a contributing writer for Slate Magazine, focusing on media and technology, and a contributing editor for Every Inc., responsible for editing articles about business and technology. Previously, Nover worked as a newsletter writer for GZERO Media, writing about artificial intelligence and geopolitics, and served as a technology reporter for Quartz, covering business stories related to the internet. Additional experience includes a role as a social media reporter at Adweek and positions at The Atlantic as an assistant producer and editorial fellow. Nover holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Strategic Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Political Communication, both from The George Washington University.
