At SlateUp, we believe every worker deserves a chance at a fulfilling career, and every manufacturing employer deserves access to a motivated, skilled workforce. As a mission-driven talent marketplace, we’re not just filling jobs—we’re creating lasting opportunities that uplift individuals and communities.

For frontline workers, we offer a clear path to higher-income careers in manufacturing, focusing on training, skills development, and career progression. We connect workers with employers who invest in their teams, providing not just a job but a roadmap to long-term success.

For manufacturers, we provide more than resumes. We showcase your employer value proposition, articulate compelling career paths, and match you with candidates who are ready to grow with your company. By sourcing talent from diverse channels—including workforce development organizations, community partnerships, and non-manufacturing sectors—we help you diversify your workforce and maximize your return on training investment.

Our vision is to provide access to meaningful careers, education, and economic mobility for the 44% of American workers currently in low-wage jobs. Together with our partners, we’re transforming lives, building thriving communities, and closing the talent gap in manufacturing.

Join us in bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. Together, we can create careers that matter.
