Aref Sherif

Aref Sherif is an experienced geophysicist with a solid background in seismic data processing and well-testing data acquisition. Aref began a career at Schlumberger from August 2011 to May 2013, serving in various roles including Field Geophysicist and Senior Field Geophysicist, where Aref led teams in processing and quality control across multiple survey technologies. Aref subsequently worked as a Drilling Engineer at Mellitah Oil and Gas B.V. and as a Data Acquisition Engineer at OilSERV. Currently, Aref holds the position of Senior Geophysicist at SLB, beginning in January 2023. Aref earned a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Tripoli from 2003 to 2008.
