Arnaud Desitter

Arnaud Desitter is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the field of reservoir simulation. Since July 2011, Arnaud has served as a Senior Software Engineer at Schlumberger, focusing on the INTERSECT high-resolution reservoir simulator and leading significant refactoring efforts to modern C++, enhancing code quality and execution speed. Prior to this role, Arnaud contributed to the ECLIPSE reservoir simulator through multiple releases at Schlumberger, and held positions at the Numerical Algorithms Group, University of Bristol, and University of Oxford, showcasing a consistent trajectory in software development and research. Arnaud's academic foundation includes an engineering degree from École des Ponts ParisTech.
