Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown is an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer currently serving as IP Counsel at SLB. They previously held the position of IP Enforcement Counsel at Schlumberger and served as Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where they specialized in patent litigation and emerging technologies. Ashley graduated with a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University, earned in 2006. They also have a background in engineering, having worked as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at Shell Oil Company prior to pursuing law.
