Bayan Molah

Bayan Molah has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the MENA RP Digital Integration Business Development Manager at SLB since November 2014. In this role, Bayan leads the digital transformation within the Reservoir Performance division, fostering client engagements and enhancing digital knowledge across the organization. Previous roles at SLB include overseeing the Asset Centralization Project and managing regional resources for evaluation, intervention, and stimulation. Bayan has contributed to the development of local content in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 as a strategic manager in the KSA GeoUnit. Additional experience includes product delivery management, customer engagement coordination, and engineering roles in various reputable companies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT Professional Education, and participation in the Georgetown Women's Leadership Program.
