Charbel Oueis

Charbel Oueis is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing at SLB since August 2009, overseeing functions in Australasia for Well Construction, Digital, Production Systems, and Reservoir Performance. Previously, Charbel held various managerial roles, including Eastern Hemisphere Commercial Manager, where the management of a billion-dollar portfolio led to high business performance, and Sales & Commercial Manager in Indonesia, achieving a 33% revenue growth and securing significant projects with PERTAMINA. Charbel's career began with technical roles, including Field Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, before moving into business development and strategic marketing, where key contributions included founding a Centre of Excellence for geothermal in Indonesia. Charbel's education consists of a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Laboratory Technology from TAFE – Sydney Institute of Technology.
