Charly John is currently a Global Insured Benefits Subject Matter Expert at SLB, where they are involved in managing the integration of multiple pension plans into a new Master Trust. Their previous roles at SLB include Benefits Project Manager and Health, Wellbeing & Risk Benefits Manager, as well as various compensation and benefits positions. Charly began their career as an HR Adviser at Fisher Clinical Services and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business Management from the University of Sussex.
