Chaz Mazzilli, MBA, is a strategic leader and organizational change agent currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at SLB since 2025. Previously, Chaz worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and held multiple engineering roles at SLB, as well as serving as a GRDP Engineer at Cameron, a Schlumberger company from 2017 to 2019. Chaz also gained experience in the field as an MPD/UBD at Reform Energy Services from 2016 to 2017. Chaz is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
