Clare Johnston

Clare Johnston is a Senior Staff Scientist at SLB, where they have been employed since 2025. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Staff Scientist at ChampionX and a Staff Scientist at Nalco Champion, focusing on technical solutions in chemical and scale management programs. Clare started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Scottish Water and Baker Hughes, providing water quality analysis and technical support in scale and corrosion management. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry at The Robert Gordon University.
