Eileen Hardell

Eileen Hardell is the General Counsel Corporate at SLB, a position held since 2023. Previously, Eileen served as General Counsel Corporate, Structures, and held various roles including Managing Counsel Corporate and Senior Legal Counsel at Schlumberger from 2012 to 2021. Eileen also served as a lecturer in law at King's College London and practiced as Rechtsanwältin at Rechtsanwaelte Harrer und Krevet from 1996 to 2001. Eileen earned a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Münster and holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Leiden University.
