Eric Gonzalez

Eric Gonzalez has extensive experience in both military and industrial leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy Commander of the 39th IBCT in the Army National Guard, Gonzalez has held several key positions including Battalion Commander and Operations Officer, demonstrating a strong background in operations, training, and logistics within military environments. In the civilian sector, Gonzalez is the Global Quality Manager for SLB, overseeing a power cable manufacturing plant and previously holding roles such as Operations Manager and Quality Manager at Cameron V&M, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma.
