Farid Hamichi

Farid Hamichi has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Schlumberger and SLB. Farid's roles have included Intouch Manager, Wireline Field Service Manager, and Operations Manager, with responsibilities ranging from managing technology and support activities in the Reservoir Performance Division to developing innovative evaluation services. Farid's technical expertise spans various domains, including petrophysics and field engineering. Most recently, Farid served as the Global Technology Portfolio Manager for Energy Transition at SLB, focusing on carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technologies. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master from École Polytechnique and an MSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology. Farid also holds a degree from CentraleSupélec.
