Felipe Klein is currently a Software Architect at Schlumberger, where they help shape the software infrastructure for the next generation IIoT platform in the oilfield, focusing on secure and scalable connections between edge devices and the cloud. Previously, they held roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Schlumberger, contributing to cloud-based systems and embedded systems for data acquisition. Felipe has also served as a Postdoc researcher at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and as a Visiting Scholar at TU Dortmund University. They hold a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
