Gilbert Villca

Gilbert Villca has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Mud Logger, Data Analyst, and ACE Engineer at SLB since April 2018, where responsibilities include lithological description, formation fluid monitoring, and integration of drilling and geological data. Prior roles at GEOLOG International involved specialized real-time mud gas monitoring and interpretation, while earlier positions included teaching sedimentary petrography as a Professor Assistant at Universidad Autónoma Tomás Frías, and various logging roles at Intergas Servicios Petroleros and Schlumberger. Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidad Autónoma Tomás Frías and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
