Grigory Konin

Grigory Konin is currently the General Technical Manager and Head of R&D and Production at NAFTAMAX. Previously, Grigory held various leadership roles, including Director of Technology at Basic Element, Market Manager at PPG Industries, and Head of Oil Services at Clariant. Grigory began their career as a Research Engineer at the Kurnakov Institute of General & Inorganic Chemistry RAS and advanced through several positions at Nalco, culminating as District Manager. Grigory holds a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry and a PhD in Chemistry from the Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics RAS, along with additional studies at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
