Jill Zhang

Jill Zhang currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards for the Well Construction Division at SLB, overseeing a $1.2 billion business across eight countries with 4,800 employees. With a career at SLB spanning from March 2006, Jill has held various HR roles, including Regional Head of HR for Far East and Australia/North Asia and Regional HR Manager for North Asia, as well as numerous positions focused on compensation and benefits management across multiple regions. Prior to SLB, Jill worked as an HR Coordinator at Expro North Sea Limited in the UK. Educational credentials include an MSc in HR Management/Employment Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in English and Political Science from China Foreign Affairs University.
