Joseph Gross has over 17 years of experience in the subsea engineering field, currently serving as the Standardization Technical Manager at Schlumberger since March 2009. In this role, Joseph oversees the OneSubsea Blue Box Standardization efforts and is responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation for global projects. Previously, as the Global System Engineering Manager, Joseph led a team of engineering experts and provided support for subsea projects, focusing on analysis, testing, geotechnical evaluation, and flow assurance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Post FAT Subject Matter Expert, where Joseph developed standard testing practices for subsea production systems, and as a Systems Engineer, where Joseph coordinated qualification testing for major projects. Joseph began their career at FMC Energy Systems as a Subsea Controls Project Engineer, focusing on the design of subsea distribution systems. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
