Justina Ibrahim

Justina Ibrahim is currently the Learning, Competency and Development Manager for Production Systems at SLB, where they are responsible for implementing the Learning & Competency strategy within the division. Previously, Justina managed the Project Management team for Surface Systems at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, and held various production planning roles in different organizations throughout their career. Justina holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. Their philosophy centers on positivity, resourcefulness, and continuous personal and professional growth.
