Lara Morello

Lara Morello is currently a Safety and Quality Manager at SLB, a role they have held since 2025. They previously worked at Champion Technologies, where they served as an Applied Research Team Leader in Asset Integrity and later held various positions such as Product Performance Chemist and Evaluation Team Leader. Lara also worked at ChampionX as a Safety and Quality Manager in 2023 and has experience as a Plant Chemist and Quality Manager at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, from 2013 to 2017. Lara earned a B.Sc. with Distinction in Chemistry from the University of Calgary and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from The University of British Columbia.
