Lucio The began their career at Schlumberger, where they progressed through various roles over more than 10 years, focusing on service management within the oil and gas industry. They held positions ranging from Field Service Manager to Production Facilities Performance Services Business Owner, successfully overseeing operations in multiple regions and ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Currently, Lucio serves as the MENA MPS Business Line Manager, managing over 500 personnel and operations in Dubai. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Insper and a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. Lucio is passionate about digital development and new technology.
