Luisa Ramos

Luisa Ramos has gained diverse experience in project management and human resources, holding positions such as HR Compensation & Benefits Intern at SLB and Compensation Specialist for the Brazil team. At EKI, Luisa served as a project manager, focusing on detailed planning, team collaboration, and goal setting. Additionally, Luisa took on monitoring roles at Universidad de La Sabana, assisting professors and students in marketing fundamentals and decision-making models. A brief tenure at Territorium involved support roles in a service desk project with the Colombian Institute for Educational Assessment (ICFES). Luisa is pursuing a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana, expected to complete in 2025.
