Mario Resende

Mario Resende has over 16 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily with SLB since November 2007. In the role of Global Talent Manager for the Reservoir Performance Division, Mario is responsible for workforce planning and compensation forecasting, alongside developing productivity programs for field operations. Previous positions include Global Workforce Manager, Sales & Commercial Manager, and Wireline Operations Manager, where Mario led a team of over 140 in challenging environments across Mexico and Central America. With a strong technical foundation, Mario has also held roles such as Field Service Manager and various engineering positions, including Wireline General Field Engineer. Mario’s career began with internships at BMW and Fundação CERTI, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina.
