Mark Swaine is currently the Well Construction Technical Communications Manager at SLB and is a Fellow of the Institute of Scientific & Technical Communicators (FISTC). Previously, Mark managed the production and delivery of user documentation for the Drilling Product Group at Schlumberger, in roles ranging from Senior Technical Author to Documentation Manager. Mark has also held positions as a Documentation/Marketing Manager at Caldera and as a Senior Technical Author at TIBCO Software and Oracle Corporation. Mark earned a degree in Electronic Instructional Media from the University of Staffordshire.
