Meng Shi

Meng (Merry) Shi, PhD, PE, PMP, serves as the Energy Compliance Services Manager at Weaver since March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Process Engineer at SBM Offshore from April 2012 to October 2020, where extensive responsibilities encompassed leading process design and engineering for offshore facilities, along with project management and fleet support. Prior to SBM Offshore, Meng (Merry) Shi worked as a Process Engineer at The Shaw Group, contributing to FEED and detailed engineering for various refinery units. Earlier academic achievements include a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Rice University, focused on chemical engineering research, following a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MS in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
