Mike Oswald

Mike Oswald is a seasoned technical sales engineer at Schlumberger, with a career spanning from June 2004 to the present. Currently, Mike focuses on growing the rental rotary steerable system (RSS) business in the US Land sector, leveraging over eight years of expertise in rotary steerable technology. Previous roles at Schlumberger include serving as a technical engineer for rotary steerables, where Mike was the subject matter expert for North America Land, and managing operations as a dual service coordinator and directional driller across multiple western US basins. Mike's experience began with duties as an MWD field engineer, specifically on horizontal wells in key oil-producing regions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
