Monica Valcea is currently the Head of Process FIC at SLB, a position held since 2024. Previously, Monica served as an Accounting Manager and later as a Senior Accounting Manager at Schlumberger from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Monica was the Financial Analyst Lead at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, between 2015 and 2017, and worked as a Financial Leader at Nobel, Ltd from 2006 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Monica held various roles, including Team Lead at World Trade Center Romania and Senior Accountant at Auto Italia Romania. Monica is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Academia de Studii Economice din București.
