Moustapha Bada is the Head of HR for India and Bangladesh at SLB, where they focus on driving HR strategy and engagement. Previously, they held various HR leadership roles within SLB, including Head of HR for Well Pressure Control and Senior HR Manager for Ultra-Hard Material/Elastomer Seals, where they achieved significant improvements in employee retention and organizational transformation. Moustapha also worked as a Technical Consultant at Paradigm and has a strong educational background with master's degrees in Geosciences and Petroleum Geosciences.
