Pankaj Kumar

Pankaj Kumar, Ph.D., P.E., is a Materials and Metallurgical Engineer with extensive experience in product development and failure analysis. They currently work as a Senior Materials & Metallurgical Engineer at SLB, where they lead initiatives related to microstructure and property modeling for various alloy types. Previously, Pankaj held roles at companies such as Wyman Gordon and Stress Engineering Services, focusing on forging processes, root cause analyses, and the development of new alloys for extreme environments. Pankaj earned a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, following a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology.
