Paul Showalter is a Hire to Retire Solution Architect at SLB, where they focus on the HR value stream. They were previously the IT Transformation Domain Lead for Employee Central at Schlumberger, overseeing the successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central into an on-premise HCM solution. With a background spanning various IT roles, including PRTI Systems Administrator and Help Desk Analyst, Paul has consistently contributed to the enhancement and sustainability of HR solutions. They earned an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Topeka Technical College.
