Peng Liu is a Senior Geomechanics Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience across various disciplines, including geomechanics, geophysics, and unconventional reservoir analysis. Currently serving as a Technical Acoustic-Geomechanics Team Leader at Schlumberger since 2013, Peng oversees geomechanics projects focusing on deepwater pore pressure analysis and wellbore stability. Previously, Peng held roles as a Senior Geomechanics Consultant from 2011 to 2013 and as a Project Engineer at Schlumberger Beijing Geoscience Center from 2001 to 2008, where they managed cross-domain projects in geomechanics and related fields. Peng earned a Master’s degree in Geophysics from Jianghan Petroleum University in China.
