Rahul Deshmukh

Rahul Deshmukh, Ph.D., is currently a Machine Learning Engineer at SLB, focusing on adapting Vision Language Models for seismic interpretation tasks. With a strong academic foundation from Purdue University, Rahul has earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, both with a perfect GPA. Previously, Rahul contributed as a PhD Research Assistant on various IARPA-funded projects, and has held roles at companies like GE Power & Water and BrahMos Aerospace, specializing in material loads analysis and systems engineering, respectively. Additionally, Rahul gained valuable experience as a 3D Reconstruction Engineer at AngioInsight, working on innovative medical imaging solutions.
