Ralph Ayat

Ralph Ayat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reservoir performance management and engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager for Reservoir Performance at SLB in India and Bangladesh since October 2010, Ralph is responsible for the full financial performance and leads a team of over 1,000 personnel. Prior roles at SLB include Reservoir Performance Manager for Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as various positions in wireline operations and field services. Ralph also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kazpromgeophysics from October 2019 to May 2023. Academically, Ralph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and completed a course in Intercultural Communication, Leadership, and Dilemma Management at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
