Roam Heber is a skilled drilling engineer with extensive experience in the oil field, having worked in various roles including Customer Engagement Coordinator and Senior Directional Driller at Schlumberger. They have demonstrated leadership by guiding teams to improve drilling performance and reduce costs, notably achieving significant savings for clients during well planning and execution. Currently, Roam serves as a WEC Drilling Engineer at SLB, focusing on optimizing technical job designs and enhancing service delivery. Roam holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, complemented by a foundational education in Geology. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Roam actively engages with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the drilling process.
