Roman Savinov has extensive experience in well engineering, primarily within Integrated Project Management at Schlumberger and currently at SLB. From November 2007 to September 2011, Roman worked as a Well Engineer and progressed to Senior Well Engineer, successfully managing various drilling campaigns, including the construction of slim hole sidetracks and extreme reach drilling (ERD) wells in remote locations. Notable projects included drilling deep wells with diverse profiles and coordinating integrated drilling efforts in Georgia and Sakhalin Island. Roman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Fire and Industrial Safety from Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
