Ryan Bahde

Ryan Bahde is currently the US HR Compliance Lead at SLB, where they ensure adherence to national and regional employment legislation and internal policies. Previously, Ryan served as an HR Representative at Schlumberger from 2011 to 2016, supporting various engineering and administration teams, and later coordinated immigration compliance for marine personnel. Ryan’s experience also includes working as a Legal Assistant at Foster LLP, specializing in outbound immigration, and as a Lead Consultant at Emigra Worldwide, focusing on immigration processes across the Asia Pacific region. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
