Ryan O'Neill is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in elastomer technology and operations management, currently serving as the Plant Manager at Schlumberger from 2015 to 2019. They have overseen testing operations, new product development, and quality control across multiple locations, leveraging their expertise in manufacturing processes and project management. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Purdue University, Ryan has also contributed significantly to health, safety, and environmental management during their time in the Global Rotational Development Program at Cameron.
