Sander Mickers

Sander Mickers currently serves as the Head of Integration PMO at OneSubsea, having transitioned from Aker Solutions where a distinguished career spanned over a decade with multiple vice president roles, focusing on integration strategy, project management, and subsea engineering performance. Prior experience includes positions in project procurement and quality management, alongside contributions to global supply chain management initiatives. Additionally, Sander has held roles at various educational and consulting institutions, including roles in project management and student advocacy. Sander holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and has completed a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
