Sarah Halim is an experienced professional in compensation and human resources, currently serving as a Global Compensation Expert at SLB since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Global Compensation Analyst from December 2020 to June 2022. In addition to expertise in global compensation, Sarah has also held various positions at SLB, including Global Job Evaluation Expert, Compensation Analyst for North America, HR Analyst in the UK, and HR Employee Support Specialist for Europe and Norway. Sarah began her career with an internship at IBM in late 2011. Academically, Sarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with Distinction from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Hons) from HELP University.
